How to Put a Picture on a Shirt
To put your picture on a shirt, upload the original photo above, choose the shirt color and print location, then check the live preview before ordering. You can make one custom photo T-shirt with no minimum. Every submitted design is also reviewed by our team before printing so obvious placement or artwork issues can be caught early.
Upload Your Picture or Add Text
Upload the original version of your picture whenever possible. A clear, high-resolution file gives the printer more detail to work with and produces a cleaner custom photo shirt than a screenshot or heavily compressed image. If your file includes empty space around the subject, crop it before uploading or use the preview controls to choose the fit that best matches your idea. For a text-only design, keep the message readable and check the preview before ordering.
Choose the Right Print Location
Select Front, Chest, or Back when those locations are available for the chosen style. Front works well for photographs, full illustrations, and centered artwork. Chest is better for a small logo, short phrase, or simple mark. Back printing gives a larger design its own space and can be combined with a front or chest print on supported products. The gallery updates with the selected location so you can compare the front and back of the garment before checkout.
Check Color, Fit, and Size Together
Shirt color changes how artwork looks, especially when an image contains dark backgrounds, pale text, or transparent areas. Review the preview after changing colors instead of assuming the same design will look identical on every garment. Fit and size are selected separately, so use the size guide before adding the shirt to your cart. If you are ordering for a group, confirm each person's size and create separate cart items when the garment options are different.
Artwork Review Before Printing
The preview is a practical guide, while the final print also depends on the quality and proportions of the uploaded artwork. Our team reviews each design before production and checks for common issues such as poor resolution, an unusual crop, or placement that may not print as expected. This review does not change your creative direction. It adds a human quality check before the customized shirt moves into production.
